In 1991, CBS introduced Brooklyn Bridge, a dramatic comedy television series that followed the chronicles of a teenage Jewish boy who lives in Brooklyn, New York with his family during the 1950s. His family includes his parents George and Phyllis, his younger brother Nathaniel and his grandparents Jules and Sophie who are immigrants from Poland.
